Lancaster Criminal Defense Built on Listening, Trust, and Family Strength

Greene Law, PC is a criminal defense attorney representing families throughout Lancaster, York, and Dauphin Counties in criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, and Protection from Abuse (PFA) cases. We work closely with families from diverse communities, listening carefully before recommending next steps. Attorney Lance Greene previously prosecuted cases for the Commonwealth and practiced at a large firm, and now works only for you. If you or a loved one needs guidance, call us today to talk through your case.

At Greene Law, PC, we know that facing criminal charges, juvenile delinquency petitions and related school disciplinary actions, a Protection from Abuse petition, or a housing dispute can feel isolating, especially if you’re not sure the legal system was built with your family in mind. We built our practice around listening first. We ask questions and give you room to explain fully before offering advice. Our founding attorney’s background as a prosecutor and in a large law firm means we understand how the other side thinks, and we use that insight for you, not against you. We are proud to serve Lancaster, York, and Dauphin County’s minority communities and help families protect what matters most.

How We Can Help Families

Criminal Defense

When your freedom, reputation, and future are on the line, you deserve an attorney who will stand beside you every step of the way. Greene Law represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges throughout Central Pennsylvania, providing aggressive advocacy from the earliest stages of an investigation through trial and appeal. We work to protect your constitutional rights, challenge the prosecution’s evidence, and pursue the best possible outcome for every client.

Common matters include:

  • Driving Under Influence (DUI)
  • Firearms violations
  • Drug Offenses
  • Assault and Violent Crimes
  • Theft Offenses
  • Preliminary Hearings
  • Trial representation
  • Expugements

Juvenile Defense & School Representation

When a child is accused of misconduct or a crime, the stakes extend far beyond the courtroom. A juvenile adjudication or significant school disciplinary action can affect a young person’s education, future employment opportunities, military service, college admissions, and long-term success. At Greene Law, we believe every child deserves an attorney who understands not only the law, but also the unique challenges facing today’s youth and their families.

Landlord-Tenant Disputes

Housing disputes can threaten a family’s stability and sense of security. We represent tenants and landlords in Lancaster, York, and Dauphin Counties in eviction proceedings, lease disagreements, and habitability concerns, working toward resolution through negotiation or, when necessary, in court.

Protection From PFA

A PFA case, Pennsylvania’s civil order protecting people from domestic violence or abuse, requires an attorney who understands the legal process and the emotional weight involved. We guide clients through filing for or defending against a PFA petition with patience and care.
